We are currently accepting applications for RN's and LPN's.
Maple Manor Christian Home is a mission-driven, faith-based long-term care facility committed to providing compassionate and dignified care for our residents. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll be part of a supportive care team that values integrity, respect, and service.
RN
Responsibilities
-
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
-
Monitor residents’ health conditions and promptly report changes to administrative personnel or the physician
-
Document care accurately in accordance with state and facility guidelines
-
Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and support team collaboration
-
Assist with resident assessments and care planning
-
Ensure residents’ dignity and rights are maintained at all times
-
Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate care interventions
-
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
-
Attend/complete inservices and required training as scheduled
-
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
-
Current and valid RN license in the State of Indiana
-
Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
-
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
-
Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor
-
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
-
Must pass a background check along with completion of a physical exam, and TB test
LPN

CNA
Responsibilities
-
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
-
Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and changes in condition
-
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
-
Help residents with meals and feeding as needed
-
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of resident rooms
-
Follow individualized care plans and communicate resident needs to nursing staff
-
Knowledge of safety measures to prevent accidents and injury
-
Attend and complete inservices as scheduled
-
Ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols
Qualifications
-
Active Indiana CNA Certification (required)
-
Prior experience in long-term care preferred but not necessary—we provide training and mentorship
-
Compassionate, dependable, emotionally mature, with a team-oriented attitude
-
Good physical condition with the ability to lift and transfer residents
-
Good communication skills and attention to detail
-
Must pass a criminal background check, along with completion of physical exam, and TB test
Dietary
Responsibilities
-
Assist in the preparation and service of meals and snacks according to menu and dietary guidelines, following the proper procedures
-
Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
-
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dishes, and food preparation areas
-
Assist in monitoring supplies and food, notifying the Hospitality Manager of any needs, along with improperly functioning equipment and other pertinent information
-
Communicate with residents in a kind and respectful manner along with handling dietary requests
-
Work cooperatively with other kitchen staff and nursing team
Qualifications
-
Prior food service or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
-
Strong communication, customer service skills, and emotional maturity
-
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions and dietary guidelines accurately
-
Must be dependable and enjoy working as part of a team
-
Must be physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shift
-
High school diploma or GED preferred
-
Must pass a criminal background check, along with completion of physical exam, and TB test
Housekeeping
Responsibilities
-
Clean and sanitize resident rooms, hallways, dining areas, bathrooms, and common spaces
-
Perform general housekeeping duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
-
Assist with in-house laundry services, including washing and folding linens and residents’ personal clothing
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of supply closets and housekeeping carts
-
Report maintenance needs or safety concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor
-
Follow all infection control procedures and facility policies
Qualifications
-
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (especially in healthcare or senior living), however not required. We are more than happy to train the right individual!

Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions and housekeeping guidelines accurately
-
Ability to observe individual needs
-
Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
-
Must be physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift during shift
-
High school diploma or GED preferred
-
Must pass criminal background check, along with completion of physical exam, and TB test
