Jackie Pike
Jackie has committed nearly three decades of dedication to Maple Manor Christian Home, Jackie has been a cornerstone of our nursing team for 26 years. She holds an Associate of Science in Nursing and is RAC-CT certified, bringing exceptional skill and experience to her leadership role. Raised in Elizabeth, Indiana, Jackie later made her home in Floyds Knobs with her husband of 34 years, and they are proud parents to one daughter.
When she’s not guiding our nursing department, Jackie enjoys escaping to Kentucky Lake — her “home away from home” — for side-by-side adventures and time outdoors. She also loves relaxing in the evenings with her husband after a busy day while watching their favorite thriller or true crime show. Jackie’s dedication, leadership, and genuine care for others have left a lasting impact on Maple Manor and everyone she serves.

Social Services Director / Admissions Coordinator
Jamie Roberts
Jamie has been part of the Maple Manor Christian Home family since June 2012, serving as our Social Services & Admissions Coordinator. With over 27 years of experience in long-term care, she supports residents and their families through the admissions process, helping ensure a smooth and positive transition into our community.
A Clarksville, Indiana native, Jamie has been married for 27 years and is a proud mom of three children, one bonus daughter, and a loving grandmother to her granddaughter. Outside of work she enjoys attending music festivals and can often be found cheering on the Cincinnati Bengals, Cincinnati Reds, and Louisville Cardinals. Her compassion, communication skills, and dedication make her a trusted resource for both residents and staff

Assistant Director of Nursing
Kari Ross
Kari Ross has been part of the Maple Manor Christian Home family for 15 years and brings 28 years of experience as an LPN to her role. Throughout her career, she has served as an administrative nurse, gaining extensive expertise in admissions and marketing, staff development, training, and wound care. Her strong leadership and dedication to excellence help guide our nursing team and ensure residents receive the highest standard of compassionate, quality care.

Erin Hanner
Erin has been part of the Maple Manor Christian Home team for 12 years, bringing valuable expertise and dedication to her role in Employee Resources. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, combining her strong organizational skills with a commitment to supporting staff and ensuring smooth operations. Erin’s professionalism and attention to detail play an essential role in fostering a positive and efficient workplace.

Dietary / Housekeeping Manager
Joanne Atwood
Joanne has been part of the Maple Manor Christian Home family for 12 years, leading both our dietary and housekeeping departments with skill and dedication. She has completed ANFP Foodservice Professional Training, ServSafe Manager training, and ServSafe Food Handler training, ensuring that our kitchen and dining services meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
Married for 43 years, Joanne is the proud mother of four children and grandmother to two. In her free time, she enjoys playing video games and reading. Joanne’s leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to resident satisfaction make her an essential part of the Maple Manor team.

Quality Assurance Nurse
Monica Broady
Monica Broady has been part of the Maple Manor Christian Home family since March 2018, serving in several important roles over the years — including a period as Infection Preventionist — before stepping into her current position as Quality Assurance Nurse. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with a minor in Psychology, is RAC-CT certified, and brings both clinical expertise and strong attention to detail to her work, ensuring our facility maintains the highest standards of care.
She and her soon-to-be husband have been together for 12 years and are proud parents to one daughter and two sons, along with two beloved fur babies. A Henryville, Indiana native, Monica enjoys fishing, camping, reading, attending concerts, and binge-watching older shows. A quirky fact about her is that she loves falling asleep to murder mystery shows. Monica’s knowledge, dedication, and personable nature make her a valued and trusted part of our Maple Manor team.

MDS Coordinator
Alexis Champion
Alexis first joined Maple Manor Christian Home in 2017 as an agency nurse, but it didn’t take long for her to officially become part of our team. Now serving as our MDS Coordinator, she brings precision, dedication, and a caring touch to ensure residents receive the best possible care. A Licensed Practical Nurse and RAC-CT certified, Alexis combines her clinical expertise with a genuine passion for helping others.
She and her husband have been together for 15 years and have three daughters, each with a name inspired by a Batman character — a fun nod to the family’s love for the iconic superhero. Much of her time is spent supporting her girls in their various activities and events, but when she finds a quiet moment, she enjoys relaxing with her husband and watching movies. Alexis’s commitment, compassion, and unique personality make her a valued part of the Maple Manor family.

Joanna Waggoner
Joanna has been part of the Maple Manor Christian Home family since July 2017, beginning her career here in housekeeping before moving into her current role as our billing specialist. She holds a Technical Certificate in Small Business from Ivy Tech and is also a Notary Public, bringing both practical skills and a friendly, dependable presence to her work.
Married for 36 years, Joanna is the proud mother of two children. She enjoys walking, gardening, collecting recipes, cooking, and reading, finding joy in both the outdoors and quiet moments at home. Joanna’s reliability, attention to detail, and welcoming nature make her an important and appreciated member of our team.

Infection Preventionist
Laura Dunn
Laura has been with Maple Manor Christian Home for 3 years, beginning her time with us as a floor nurse before taking on the role of Infection Preventionist. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, she plays a key role in maintaining the highest standards of health and safety within our facility.
She has been married for nearly 30 years and is the proud mother of three children. Originally from Georgetown, Indiana, Laura enjoys building puzzles and baking in her free time. Her knowledge, diligence, and caring nature make her an important part of the Maple Manor team.

Life Enrichment Director
Amanda Atwood
Amanda has been part of the Maple Manor Christian Home family for 10 years and recently stepped into the role of Certified Life Enrichment Director. In this position, she leads activities and programs designed to engage residents socially, mentally, and physically, creating meaningful moments and enhancing quality of life. Her creativity and dedication shine through in every event she organizes.
Originally from Millville, New Jersey, Amanda is the proud mother of two children. She takes great pride in her faith and lives it out through the way she serves others. Her interests include fitness, art, photography, and video games, and in her free time she channels her creativity into writing books and making action figures. Amanda’s passion, imagination, and heart for others make her an inspiring and valued part of the Maple Manor team.

Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
Donna Lewis
Donna has been part of the Maple Manor Christian Home family for nearly a decade, starting as a CNA before transitioning into her current role as Administrative Assistant and Receptionist. With more than 40 years of CNA experience, she brings a deep understanding of resident care along with a warm, welcoming presence at our front desk.
From Jeffersonville, Indiana, Donna is the proud mom of one son and grandmother to one adorable grandson. Outside of work, she enjoys playing piano, singing gospel music, and adding to her collection of porcelain dolls. Donna’s kindness, dedication, and friendly smile greet everyone who walks through our doors, making her an irreplaceable part of our team.

Medical Records / Social Media Manager
Dakota Pike
Dakota has been part of the Maple Manor Christian Home family since October 2017, bringing both organization and creativity to her dual role. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she blends her attention to detail with a warm, people-focused approach — whether she’s managing medical records or keeping our social media lively and engaging.
Outside of work, Dakota has been with her soon-to-be husband for eight years, enjoys crafting, and even runs a small T-shirt and craft business. Originally from Floyds Knobs, Indiana, she recently moved to Pekin, where life at home is anything but dull. Her rescue cat gets around just fine on three legs, and her front porch is a lively “zoo” featuring everything from cats and raccoons to the occasional skunk or visiting dog — all of which are loved and welcomed. Dakota’s kindness and creativity shine both at work and at home, making her a valued part of our team.

Maintanence
Aaron Davis
Aaron has been part of the Maple Manor Christian Home family since January 2021, keeping our facility in top shape and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. His hard work and reliability help create a safe, comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors alike.
Married for 40 years, Aaron has two children and three much-loved dogs who are an important part of his family life. He is also an active member of the APA, where he and his family foster cats in need of care until they find their forever homes. Whether caring for his pets, supporting animal rescue efforts, or keeping our building in excellent condition, Aaron plays a vital role in the heart of Maple Manor.
